Fresh Products: Fresh mushrooms and grow kits are packed to maintain quality during transit. We recommend selecting expedited shipping if you're in a warmer region or placing a large order.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products—especially fresh and perishable items—we do not accept returns on:

• Fresh mushrooms

• Grow kits once opened

• Opened tinctures or powders

Unopened shelf-stable items (such as dried mushrooms or sealed powders) may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at [your email] within 48 hours of receiving it. Include photos of the packaging and product so we can file a claim with our carrier and send you a replacement or refund.
