A B O U T

Peak Farms is a small-scale indoor farm in Gypsum, Colorado, founded by Dave Curulewski. We specialize in growing gourmet mushrooms, microgreens, and edible flowers for both local restaurants and the community.

The journey began in December 2020, when Dave started growing microgreens in his apartment bedroom as a hobby. After sharing samples with local chefs, the feedback was overwhelmingly positive — the quality stood out, and it became clear there was real demand in the local high-end restaurant scene.

In February 2021, Peak Farms was officially registered as an LLC, and production moved into a small indoor space on the second floor of a retail building. By the summer of 2023, we had outgrown that space and relocated to a larger commercial unit in Gypsum, finally making it possible to expand microgreens production and pursue mushroom cultivation at the scale we had envisioned.

By summer 2024, we were offering a wide range of products — including gourmet fresh mushrooms, dried mushrooms, mushroom tinctures, mushroom powders, and microgreens — to both our local community and the restaurants we had served for years.

This journey has been an incredible experience, and we’re excited to see where it leads next!
